Recently officially divorced 35-year-old actress Eva Longoria was caught on the boat in Miami when she was kissing the younger brother of actor colleague Penelope Cruz, a 25-year-old Eduardo.

The Desperate Housewives star has been seen out multiple times with Eduardo Cruz, baby brother of Penélope Cruz, recently. One tabloid reports that he has been spending time at her home as well.
Reps aren't commenting on whether there's a simmering romance, but just last Wednesday they enjoyed a "flirty" night out watching the flamenco group Sir Sultry at the cabaret venue Café Was.
"Eva and Eduardo seemed to have a good time together," a fellow diner tells PEOPLE. "They were flirty, and held hands for a brief moment during the performance. Eva looked very happy and acted like a single girl that is ready for some fun."

Eva Longoria, Tony Parker Finalize Divorce

The three-year marriage of Eva Longoria and NBA player Tony Parker legally ended in a Texas courtroom Friday.
Having met in late 2004 and married at a storybook wedding in a European castle during the summer of 2007, Longoria, 35, filed for divorce last November.
Her petition cited "irreconcilable differences" for the split, but immediately after news of the split there arose infidelity rumors, with claims that Tony has been unfaithful.
