Ashlee Simpson on the Hunt!

 

Ashlee Simpson was out this week hunting for houses in the Beverly Hills area.
According to USMagazine.com, Simpson has been living with her parents’ place since her recent split from Pete Wentz. Nothing makes you want to go house-hunting more than living with your parents. Especially when your dad is Joe Simpson.
A real estate broker drove Ashlee around on Wednesday morning.
“Ashlee didn't get out of the car and was quiet and subdued,” the source told US. “At one point, she was going to get out of the car but when she saw photographers she decided to stay in the car and then went home."
Simpson is looking for houses in the $3 to $4 million dollar range. So it looks like Jennifer Aniston’s $42 million pad is not an option.

Ashlee Simpson has requested a divorce from Pete Wentz after three years of marriage

After three years of marriage, singer Ashlee Simpson has requested a divorce from rocker from the former band ‘Fall Out Boy‘. The petition for divorce has been cited “irreconcilable differences“. The couple has a son Bronx, and Ashlee agrees that with Pete will share custody of the child. Although only four months ago, said she would love to have another child, it seems that the young couple’s love grew into friendship.
